Take the example of an insurance exec or hospital administrator who constantly lorded over coma patients and always demanded 100% of the time that the plug be pulled on them because they were costing others too much money to keep them alive! That's what this song talks about, only it reverses their role and assumes at some point in time they unmistakably become the coma patient struggling for his or her life. Then the song begs the question... would they change their tune at that stage?

What if such a one never showed compassion for the coma patient or their families? Once a family's funds were exhausted, that's when they would be given the ultimatum of having the plug pulled on their loved one. That's when having a money system such as the world possesses becomes a sad example of the best that humanity has to offer when money becomes more important than life, and a person is forced "to die" because he or she was costing the tax payer, the hospital or an insurance company too much money! That's the point where people have become so conditioned by the "Babylon World" we live in, that they no longer see clearly between the differences of right and wrong or the preciousness and sacredness of life as being always more important than money!
